Owner Robert Wilson is an environmental professional with 20 years
of experience in emergency response, environmental assessment,
and remediation. During
that time Robert has assisted many clients - small to Fortune 50 on
a wide variety of projects. Within progressively larger traditional
consulting
companies Robert directed staff for all aspects of environmental, engineering,
and construction services. However, it was a challenge to deliver consistently
superior service within the traditional framework. Subcontracting work
to a better manager outside the company is often frowned upon – especially
if your organization has someone on staff.
The industry was not structured to deliver what many clients needed – services
from the best possible people. Traditionally, you retain a consulting firm
and then hope they will put qualified people on your project. Firms generally
don’t like to dedicate their best people to projects because they’re
needed to meet internal goals and direct profitable junior staff. The quality
and uniformity of delivered services can vary greatly. This isn’t
a comfortable circumstance for a performance-focused client. With a great
on-the-job education and a desire to build a better way One Environmental
(1E) was created.

assurance
/ quality control, injured-party response, assessment, regulatory negotiations,
project planning, contractor procurement, construction and oversight.
We attend to all the details that can make a small problem much larger
if
not addressed.
